I have been noticing in his recent interviews about the movie that he has really been digging in to everything he can get his hands on that Tolkien did. It makes me more comfortable with thinking of him doing it. The one thing I am worrying about with him is that it will look like just another Del Toro movie, and not like Middle-Earth. _________________ Facebook

| I tend to agree with you - he hasn't Jackson's vision or capabilities to blend Tolkien's fantasy and realism together. However, we must give him a chance, if he's actually chosen, and remember that Jackson is really captain of the Hobbit-ship. Del Toro is just the first mate. |
