Given they say it's a "re" build I'm guessing they were able to obtain the same location they used in LotR. It certainly looks like it.

Great news!
@Jom: I think they certainly will use the same location as in Lord of the Rings, otherwise it would be a hell of a job to get an exact copy of Hobbiton on another location _________________ I would have followed you, my brother. My captain. My King. |

I've read somewhere that the set of Hobbiton, and the "bigature" of Rivendale will also be the same ^^
So I guess that they got the same location as for LotR |
