Looks good. Sounds like Christopher Tolkien was hiding his bitterness towards The Hobbit movies with political correctness of, "the trustees acknowledge the blah blah blah."

I wish he'd be supportive of it and maybe be a consultant or something.

Yeah, no official word from the studio yet, but I think it's safe to assume it's in the clear.

Well, it's his fathers work they are "ruining", so I clearly understand why he don't like it... but lawsuiting them is not nessecary though :s
